51 year old man with a prosthetic mitral valve and prosthetic aortic valve replacement surgery 10 years back. He has a 5 year history of paroxysmal AF. This progressed to persistent AF 2 years back that was resistant to drug therapy with Amiodarone. Dr Gupta performed successful AF ablation .
